Terms and conditions: the rules for using bovaniqento.sbs

July 8, 2026

We don’t hide behind legal jargon—these are the rules for using our site, built for beginners and experts alike. By accessing bovaniqento.sbs, you agree to the following terms, which prioritize transparency, respect, and compliance with Norwegian and European law. Read carefully: this is your user roadmap, not just a box to check.

  1. Acceptance of terms

Access to bovaniqento.sbs is open to all, but using our site means you accept these terms. If you disagree, leave the site immediately. We provide resources for your personal and professional growth, but you remain responsible for your choices.

  2. Privacy and data use

We protect your privacy by following Norwegian and EU laws. Data collected is used only as described in our privacy policy. We never sell your data or use it for hidden purposes.

  3. Intellectual property

All content—text, images, and resources—is owned by us or our partners. You may read and reference it, but you can’t copy, republish, or distribute it without written permission. We defend our copyright.

  4. User conduct and restrictions

Use the site responsibly. Don’t post harmful, unlawful, or misleading content. Do not attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse our services. Any abuse results in loss of access.

  5. Content accuracy and reliability

We work hard to keep information current, but tech changes fast. Content may not always be up to date, complete, or error-free. You are responsible for double-checking before making decisions based on our material.

  6. Liability limits and disclaimers

Liability is limited as much as Norwegian and EU law allow. We are not responsible for losses, damages, or claims arising from site use. Use resources at your own risk and seek professional advice for critical matters.

  7. Changes to terms and conditions

We may update these terms as law and practice change. Updates take effect as soon as published here. Your continued use means you accept all changes. Check back regularly for the latest version.

  8. Contact and questions

You may contact us with any questions about these terms, your rights, or your data. We respond directly and in plain language—no legalese, just clear answers.
